Guess what…my intention and dream has come true. The book is going to be published! After returning from my last morning with the students and creating unbelievable photo montage self-portraits, (which I will post tomorrow) I found the email in my box. What a beautiful thing to happen on the tail end of a fabulous experience and week of creative youthful energy.
I can’t believe it. Honestly, in so many ways I felt so positive and certain and could almost see the finished product in my hand, yet when I saw the email that said "It’s a GO," from my editor Tonia, (now I can say that!) my heart almost stopped beating! I had to compose myself pretty fast, as I had a client walking in the door 15 minutes later. I was grinning from ear to ear like a Cheshire cat and actually had to tell her what happened, so she would not think I was crazy. It was only her second visit with me!
A HUGE thank you to all my students and clients who have experienced and supported EnVision. Without you, this would never have been possible. Over these 8 years, you have helped me grow this book and I think you will love the published version. For now…it’s a secret…but I have a sneaky feeling you will like it.
